  • Appliance Diagnostics: $150/hour (regular hours)

Long-Term Rental Maintenance Program

$15/month

Service available to tenants upon request. Includes quarterly HVAC filter replacement, lightbulb changes, and smoke detector battery checks. Trip charges do not apply for participants. Pest control is available for an extra fee.
